Option 1: crbcheck.co.ke on Mobile Browser (Fastest)
Open your phone's browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari) and go to crbcheck.co.ke. The site is fully mobile-optimised. Sign up, enter your details, and pay KES 200 via the M-Pesa STK push that appears on your phone. Your report appears on your screen in minutes.
This method works on any phone with internet access and any mobile network.
Option 2: Metropol CRB App
- Search for "Metropol CRB" on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store and install it.
- Register with your national ID and phone number.
- Log in and tap "Get Credit Report".
- Your report is displayed within the app and can be shared/downloaded.
Option 3: Metropol *433# USSD (No Internet Needed)
This option works even without internet. On your Safaricom line, dial *433# and follow the menu prompts. This is ideal for areas with poor data connectivity. A small USSD fee applies.
