Download Your CRB Report as PDF in Kenya

Your CRB credit report can be downloaded as a PDF in Kenya — from any of the three licensed bureaus or via crbcheck.co.ke. Once downloaded, you can print it, share it, or keep it for your records. Here is how to get the PDF report from each service.

Why Download as PDF?

  • Print and present it physically to a bank officer or employer
  • Share it digitally via email or WhatsApp
  • Keep an offline archive for your personal records
  • Review it offline using any PDF reader

Downloading via crbcheck.co.ke

  1. Sign up and pay KES 300 at crbcheck.co.ke
  2. Once payment is confirmed, your CRB status report is displayed on screen
  3. Click the "Download PDF" button (or "Download Report") to save a copy
  4. The report is also sent to your registered email automatically

Downloading from TransUnion Kenya

  1. Log into your consumer account at transunionkenya.com
  2. Navigate to "My Credit Report"
  3. Purchase a report (~KES 650) or access your free annual report
  4. Once generated, a "Download PDF" link appears on screen
  5. The report is also emailed to your registered email address

Downloading from Metropol CRB

  1. Log into your account at metropol.co.ke
  2. Select "My CRB Report" and purchase (~KES 650)
  3. Download the PDF from the dashboard or via the link in your email

Note: the *433# USSD service delivers an SMS summary, not a PDF download.

Downloading from CreditInfo Kenya

  1. Log into creditinfo.co.ke
  2. Request and pay for your consumer report
  3. Download the PDF from your consumer dashboard or email

What Is in the Downloadable PDF?

A full PDF credit report contains:

  • Personal identification details
  • Credit score (200–900)
  • Summary of all credit accounts
  • Detailed account-by-account breakdown with payment status
  • Negative listings (if any)
  • Enquiry history

Credit Report PDF vs Clearance Certificate PDF

Note that a credit report PDF and a clearance certificate PDF are different documents:

  • Credit report PDF: your full credit history — for your own use, lenders, and banks
  • Clearance certificate PDF: a shorter official certificate confirming no negative listings — used for employment and tenders — costs ~KES 2,200 from any bureau
